70年続いた日本平和憲法の理念が独裁政治によって揺らいでいます。
戦争法案を廃案にし自由と民主主義に基づく政治を求め
SEALDs（Students Emergency Action for Liberal Democracy - s）が立ち上がりました。
日本で日常的に政治の話題は敬遠される風潮があることから若者の政治離れが起こっています。
そこでSEALDsの活動は10代・20代が一致団結し政治的行動を示す画期的なムーブメントと言えます。
また第二次世界大戦当時、死をもって戦うことは正しく美しい事とされ、
自爆攻撃を前提とした神風特攻隊4000人が亡くなりました。
笑いや友情、恋を知らずに死んでいった若者達です。
SEALDsは戦争で死にたくなかった彼らの生まれ変わりとも言われています。

The ideals of the Japanese peace constitution, which have persisted for seventy years,
are now being threatened by a despotic government.
Amidst this climate, SEALDs (Students Emergency Action for Liberal Democracy – s) is a group
seeking to scrap proposed war bills and achieve a government based on freedom and democracy.
In Japan, people tend to shy away from political issues, so young people are increasingly estranged from politics.
This is why SEALDs is a revolutionary movement of those in their teens and twenties coming together for political action.
During WWII, entering battle with the conviction to die was considered just and beautiful,
and 4,000 kamikaze bombers, who piloted planes as suicide bombers, perished.
These young people died without ever experiencing laughter, friendship, or love.
One might say that SEALDs are those pilots, who never wanted to die, reborn.
